Senior Structural Engineer, Moseley Architects
As with everybody, it has been hectic. Over the past several years, putting in my dues, I have become a senior structural engineer for Moseley Architects. We, 3 other structural engineers, started the department 4 years ago. Our work is mainly public: schools, courthouses and prisons. I just got out the new TC Williams HS in Alexandria, VA. Work is rewarding but not as much as the Wife and Kids (O.K. Kids). We live in Montpelier, VA. When purchased 9 years ago our home was 1,800 S.F. As I can not sit on my ass when I get home, we now have 3,200 +/- S.F. with all work completed by myself.
I run into Sam Stocks (KBS) every so often. He was the project Manager on one of my projects (King George ES). I also keep in touch with Mike Ober (90-mech. engineer)
